Banana Bread

Ingredients:
Method:

Preheat oven
to 180°C
-
Grease & flour
a 23 x 13cm (9in x 5in) loaf tin.

Cream butter
with sugar until creamy & pale.
-
Add egg.
-
Sift flour
with baking powder & add to mixture, fold in
well.
-
Add banana
mixture.
-
Stir in
walnuts.
-
Spoon batter
into prepared tin & level off the top. Bake
for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer pushed
through the thickest part comes out clean.
