Flapjack

Ingredients:

300g
butter.
-
100g
(1/2 cup) brown sugar.

500g (5 cups) rolled oats.

8
tablespoons of golden syrup.
Method:

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Melt the butter, golden syrup & sugar together over a
medium heat.

Add the rolled oats & mix well.
-
Pour the mixture into a 20cm square baking
tray. Press down the mixture firmly.
-
Bake for 15-20 minutes minutes.
