Honey Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 cup
butter
- 1/4 cup
honey
- 1/4 cup
icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4
teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Cream butter
& icing sugar until pale.
Add honey &
vanilla essence.
Place
butter on a piece of baking paper &
form a log.
Roll baking paper around butter log.
Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready
to use.
