Mint Julep

Ingredients:

• 60ml (2 fl. oz) bourbon whiskey
• 4 mint leaves
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• Ice

 Method:

• Add ice, bourbon, mint leaves & sugar to a mixing jug & stir.

• Pour into a highball glass filled with ice & stir gently.

• Garnish with a sprig of mint.
