Ingredients:
30ml (1 fl. oz)
Gin
15ml (1/2 fl. oz)
Cherry brandy
7.5ml (1/4 fl. oz)
Cointreau
7.5ml (1/4 fl. oz)
Benedictine
120ml (4 fl.
oz) Pineapple juice
10ml (1/3 fl. oz)
Grenadine
15ml (1/2 fl. oz)
Lime juice
Dash of Angostura®
bitters
Garnish with a
slice of pineapple & a cherry
Ice
Method:
Place all of the
above ingredients into a shaker & mix well.
Garnish with slice
of pineapple & cherry.
