Tzatziki

Ingredients:
Method:
-
Peel the
cucumber & scoop out the seeds. Finely chop
or grate. Squeeze out as much of the
moisture as possible.
-
Add cucumber,
Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, mint,
salt & pepper to a bowl & mix.
-
Store in
refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow the
flavours to combine.
