Bellini Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 fl. oz (60ml) peach juice or peach puree. *

4 fl. oz (120ml) Champagne or sparkling wine.
Method:
Pour peach juice into a champagne glass.
Slowly
pour champagne or sparkling wine.
*White peaches are best for this recipe but
yellow peaches can also be used. To process the
peaches, peel, halve & remove the stone. Blend
until smooth. If fresh peaches aren’t available,
tinned peaches can be used.
