Ingredients:
1fl. oz (30ml) brandy.
1fl. oz (30ml) brown Creme de Cacao.
2 fl. oz (60ml)double cream.
Ground nutmeg to
garnish.
Ice.
Method:
lace ice, brandy,
creme de cacao & cream into a cocktail shaker,
shake well.
Strain into a
martini glass.
Garnish with
nutmeg.
