Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:

1 egg
-
2 cloves of
garlic, crushed

1/2 teaspoon
dijon mustard

2 drained
anchovy fillets, finely chopped

1 cup (250ml)
olive oil

2 tablespoons
lemon juice
Method:
-
Add egg,
garlic, mustard & lemon juice in a blender &
process until smooth.
-
Gradually add
the oil in a thin, steady stream, whisking
until the mixture thickens slightly.
-
Stir in juice.
