Carrots Roasted
Ingredients:

6-8 medium sized carrots.

4-6 cloves of garlic, unpeeled.

Cooking oil.

Salt & pepper to taste.
Method:

Preheat oven to 200C.

Meanwhile, peel the carrots & remove the
ends. Cut in half lengthways.

Place the carrots & garlic cloves in a
single layer in a roasting dish. Drizzle
with cooking oil.

Season with salt & pepper. *
-
Roast, uncovered for approximately 45
minutes. Until soft and golden.
Notes:
-
If desired, you can add a sprinkle of herbs
to the carrots.
-
A drizzle of maple syrup or honey goes
really well with roast carrots.
