Champagne cocktail
Ingredients:

180ml Champagne or sparkling wine.

1 sugar cube.

Dash of Angostura bitters.
Method:
Place sugar cube into a champagne flute, add a
dash of Angostura bitters to the sugar cube. Top
with Champagne or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
