Chili & Lime Butter

Ingredients:

  • 125g unsalted butter, softened.

  • 1 teaspoon of finely grated lime zest.

  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice.

  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes.

  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together ingredients until well blended.

  • Place butter on a piece of baking paper & form a log.

  • Roll baking paper around butter log.

  • Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
