Fried Eggs

Ingredients:
Method:
-
Gently heat
knob of butter or 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking
oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. The
heat should be enough to melt the butter,
but not make it sizzle.

When the
butter/oil is melted, crack the egg on the
side of the pan & add the egg being careful
not to break the yolk.

Reduce the
heat to low/medium & let the egg cook slowly
so that the whites don't brown.

Cook until the
whites become solidify.
-
Season to
taste.
-
Serve with
buttered toast.
