Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

Garlic breadIngredients:

125g unsalted butter, softened.
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced.
¼ cup of parsley.
Salt & pepper to taste.
1-2 loaves of crusty bread or 1-2 French loaves.

Method:

In a mixing bowl, mix together butter, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.

Place butter on a piece of baking paper & form a log.

Roll baking paper around butter log.

Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Crusty bread:

Cut bread into slices & spread on garlic butter.*

Grill until golden brown.

* Depending on the type of bread you have, you can either cut it into individual slices or cut it, leaving the slices attached to the base of the loaf (this works well with French loaves). If done this way, wrap in tinned foil & then bake in an oven.
