Garlic Sauce (toum)
Ingredients:
Method:

Using a pestle & mortar, add the salt &
garlic & mince.

Place garlic into a blender & gradually add
the canola oil & lemon juice until mixture
is smooth.

Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to use.
Note:
You may not use all of the lemon
juice or canola oil. Just keep adding a small
amount at a time until you get the consistency
of mayonnaise.
If the mixture is too thin, add
an egg white.
