Greek Salad

greek salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg tomatoes, cut into quarters

  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled (optional) & sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings

  • 1 cup of kalamata olives, seeded

  • 1 green capsicum, sliced into rings

  • 150g Greek fetta cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  • Cut tomatoes & slice onions. Add to a salad bowl & sprinkle with salt.

  • Combine the other ingredients and mix well.

  • Pour over the olive oil & sprinkle with oregano.
