Greek Salad

Ingredients:
-
3 egg
tomatoes, cut into quarters
-
2 Lebanese
cucumbers, peeled (optional) & sliced
-
1 red onion,
sliced into rings
-
1 cup of
kalamata olives, seeded
-
1 green
capsicum, sliced into rings
-
150g Greek
fetta cheese
-
1/2 teaspoon
dried oregano
-
1/2 cup olive
oil
-
Pinch of salt
Method:
-
Cut tomatoes &
slice onions. Add to a salad bowl & sprinkle
with salt.
-
Combine the
other ingredients and mix well.
-
Pour over the
olive oil & sprinkle with oregano.
