Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized boneless chicken breast halves.
  • Seasoning or marinade (see note).

Method:

  • Preheat a BBQ or grill on high.

  • Grill*or BBQ chicken until cooked, turning occasionally. To check if it is cooked through, pierce with a skewer, if the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked.

Seasoning suggestions for grilled chicken:

When using a marinade, place chicken in a shallow dish with marinade & coat well, cover with cling film & refrigerate overnight. This allows all the flavours to seep into the chicken.

Notes:

If grilling chicken, lightly grease or place a sheet of aluminum foil on the tray before placing chicken on it. This will prevent the chicken sticking.
