How To Peel
An Egg

-
Once cooked, plunge the boiled eggs
immediately into cold water (iced water is even better). This will halt the
cooking process & cause the egg to shrink slightly, making it easier to
peel.
-
Once cool
enough to handle, gently roll the egg back &
fourth to crack the shell all over.
-
Hold the egg
under cold, running water & gently peel away
the shell.
