Sauce
Ingredients:

2 x 400g cans
of diced Italian tomatoes.

3-4 cloves of
garlic, finely chopped.

4-6 basil
leaves, chopped.

3 tablespoons
olive oil.

Salt & pepper
to taste.
Method:
-
Heat oil in a frying pan
over a medium heat & add the garlic. Stir
for 3 minutes.
-
Add remaining ingredients &
bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer,
uncovered for 10 minutes.
