Mint Sauce
Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh
mint, finely chopped
-
3 tablespoons
of boiling water

2 tablespoons
of sugar
-
6 tablespoons
of white wine vinegar
Method:
-
Place
mint in a heat proof jug & pour in the
boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes to allow
the mint to infuse with the water.

Add the
sugar & white wine vinegar. Stir well.
-
Refrigerate until needed.
