Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh mint, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of boiling water

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 6 tablespoons of white wine vinegar

Method:

  • Place mint in a heat proof jug & pour in the boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes to allow the mint to infuse with the water.

  • Add the sugar & white wine vinegar. Stir well.

  • Refrigerate until needed.
