Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  • Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Making sure the melted butter is evenly distributed over the pan.
  • Break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt & pepper & whisk well.
  • Pour eggs into the frying pan. Using a spatula, push in the edges of the egg into the centre, allowing the raw eggs to flow to the base of the frying pan.
  • Continue to cook until the omelette is set. This should take around 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Flip one side of the omelette over the other half.
  • Serve immediately.
