Orange Cake
Overview:
Method:
-
Preheat oven
to 170C.
-
Cream butter &
sugar in a large bowl or electric mixer until
pale.
-
Crack eggs into a
small bowl & lightly whisk. Slowly add the eggs
to the butter/sugar mix, continually stirring.

Add the orange
rind & mix well.
-
Sift in the
flour, fold in well.
-
Add the orange
juice.
-
Pour into an 8
inch square cake pan & cook for 45 minutes,
or until golden.
