Prawn cocktail with Marie Rose (cocktail) sauce
Ingredients:

500g cooked, peeled prawns.

1 iceberg lettuce.

Lemon wedges.
Method:

Wash & shred the lettuce, place into 4
serving dishes or glasses.

Place prawns on top of lettuce.
-
Pour Marie Rose sauce over the prawns.
-
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
Optional extras:
-
2 ripe avocados, chopped.
-
2 tomatoes, chopped.
Add to the lettuce mix.
Marie Rose Sauce:
Ingredients:

300ml good quality mayonnaise.
-
75ml tomato ketchup.
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
-
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce.
-
Salt & pepper to taste.
Method:

Combine all ingredients & mix well.
