Sizzling Garlic Prawns

sizzling garlic prawnsIngredients:

1/3 cup of olive oil
50g unsalted butter
6-8  cloves of garlic finely chopped
1kg large green king prawns (peeled & deveined, leaving tails intact)
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Method:

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Divide the oil & butter into 4 oven proof dishes, place in oven & heat for 5-10 minutes. Oil should be hot.

Add garlic & prawns & return to the oven. Cook until prawns are pink. Approximately 5 minutes.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve with crusty bread.
