Whisky Sour
Ingredients:
45ml (1.5 measures) Scotch whisky
30ml (1 measure) lemon juice
15ml (1/2 measure) sugar syrup
Ice
Method:
Combine ice, whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain into a tumbler.
